| Oliver Klimek | Colour: Dark Amber - Nose: Dried figs, prunes, cherries, just a hint of smoke. - Palate: Figs, prunes and cherries again, stronger smoke on the palate, gentle wood spice. - Finish: Very long, dry and a bit smoky. - Overall: A great balance between smoke and full-flavoured sherry. Very very nice, but the 40% bottling strength makes it a wee bit watery. |
