Tasting Notes
Craig DanielsNose: smoked apples, applewood, chargrilled pineapple, honey on toast, cashew nuts. Palate: more tropical fruit, some leafy character and vine cane sap. Modest but influential peat, beautifully integrated. Finish: nice long and rounded, reprises of smoke and pine or fir needles. Impeccably balanced. Retasted 6 April 2013. Same score across 20 years. Incredibly good whisky.
